A former BHP nickel mine.

Located 3 km south south east of the Six Mile nickel deposit.

Similar geology to the Six Mile Well Pit, Yakabindie Station, Leonora Shire, Western Australia, Australia but the lens is smaller, 1000 x 200 metres tapering to the north with low grade Fe-Ni sulphide mineralisation. Composed of black serpentinized dunite-olivine, mantled by serpentinized olivine peridotite. There is a marker unit of the western side of the lens dipping 50-80 degrees north-west. The eastern contact dips 80 degrees east.
