A former Mo-Cu occurrence/mine located in the SW¼NE¼SE¼ sec. 29, T17N, R14W, G&SRM, 0.4 mile SE of the Leviathan Mine down Deluge Wash, on Bureau of Land Management administered land. The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 500 meters.
Mineralization is a vein deposit of quartz veins with sulphides hosted in granite. Associated rocks include Late Cretaceous quartz monzonite of the Diamond Joe Stock (Medium-grained granite, biotite quartz monzonite). Local rocks include Early Tertiary to Late Cretaceous granitic rocks.
Local geologic structures include a N40W fault with the SW side down.
