Prospective alluvial sapphire deposits related to Cenozoic trachybasalt volcanic formations. Modern alluvial placer deposits, in which yellow, green, blue sapphires occur with olivine, pyroxene (enstatite, etc.), black spinel, zircon and pyrope.
