Urban planning

Urban planning is the design of cities (places where lots of people live) and other urban areas (where lots of people live close together). Sometimes people call it town planning or city planning. Urban planners decide how land should be used.^[1] Urban planning is also about transportation (how people move, such as buses or cars).
