恐怖！！国際移住機関IOMと国際協力機構JICAは中国共産党が軍事訓練支援するアフリカ諸国に我が国の地方都市をホームタウンに認定。岩屋毅外務大臣や石破茂首相だけでなく岸田文雄 前首相の肝煎りということは、新聞報道からもわかります。外務省は3月にナイジェリアにVFS Global社が運営するパスポートセンターを２か所も新設しています。アフリカ諸国は日本の都市が献上、特別ビザ発給と歓喜。我々日本国民は、今回ホームタウン認定されたアフリカの国々が、中国人民解放軍の軍事訓練受けていた事実を重くみなければなりません。中国のアフリカ諸国に対する軍事支援は、欧米が警戒を高めています。ホームタウン構想は移民促進どころか日本の植民地化です。
外務省は今年の初めにも国際移住機関（IOM）と共催で「外国人の受け入れと社会統合のための国際フォーラム」を開催しています。”共生社会実現に向けて、国内自治体間のみならず海外の自治体との連携”と銘打ったフォーラムは、昨年も開催されていますので、アフリカ開発会議TICAD同様、恒例企画ということです。また、世界経済フォーラム（WEF）でもIOMは人口減の国へ大量移民の受け入れ提言をしています。この国際移住機関（IMO）米国国際開発庁（USAID）からの援助を受けていたとの指摘があります。またトランプ大統領やイーロン・マスク氏が公金還流や検察官任用への多額の資金提供を問題視する、ジョージ・ソロス氏との繋がりも指摘されています。
政府や大学、経済界、リベラル系の市民団体等は、移民の増加で経済成長・社会保障制度の安定を訴えますが、治安は悪化・社会福祉の崩壊が現実です。スカンジナビア、イギリス、フランス、ベルギー等を見れば一目瞭然です。パトリシア・コルテス女史（現ボストン大学教授）の研究が、「ロースキル移民の流入によって高所得者層の米国人の消費活動は活発化するが、低学歴層の米国人の購買意欲は落ちる」と結論づけています。20年以上前のデータに基づくものとはいえ、周回遅れで移民拡大政策を採り、経済・技術革新が停滞、賃金が下げ止まりしている日本にとっては参考になる研究でしょう。産業構造や社会制度、言語など日米との差異を勘案するとなおさらです。ただでさえ低い労働生産性は、移民による学校教育の劣化や日本人労働者のストレスで、ますます悪化すると考えられます。
一部富裕層の贅沢のため、庶民の家計や生活を犠牲にしてはなりません。
コルテス教授の博士課程時代の論文ですが、複数の大学のリポジトリやSSRNなどからもダウンロード可能な信頼できる研究です。またデンマークの統計でも、西欧諸国からの労働者は経済に貢献する一方、その他地域からの移民は社会保障制度の負担になることを証明しています。米国のNATIONAL BUREAU OF ECONOMIC RESEARCH による調査でも、ロースキル移民の受け入れは、国の財政に悪影響をもたらし、また自国の納税者の負担を増大させ手取り・資産を減らすと指摘しています。欧州・米国いずれの研究でも途上国・低スキルの移民の失業率の高さが問題視されています。またAIの習熟度は今後の労働市場で重要な要素となりますが、OECDなどの研究で、現在AI技術を業務で活用しているのは高等教育を受けた（大学卒業）人材が圧倒的に多いことが明らかになっています。AIやロボット技術の進化によって移民の単純労働は近い将来失われると指摘されています。途上国からの労働者は、日本人納税者や日本社会の負担になることは十分に予見できることです。
莫大な日本人の血税を吸い上げながら、いまだに敵国条項を外さない国際連合は、日本人の更なる奴隷化に躍起です。しかし日本政府や省庁が利権に捉われず情報公開し、民意を尊重すればよいのです。先日、英国の新政党Reform UKやトランプ大統領（共和党を乗っ取ったと不適切発言）を公然と批判した国賊岸田文雄 前首相。フィールジャパン with Kという外国人労働者斡旋会社を経営する実弟・武雄 氏への利益誘導が疑われます。IOMのエイミー・ポープ女史はバイデン元大統領やオバマ元大統領に仕えていた人物ということからも要注意です。国連関係機関の目に余る内政干渉と自公政権や外務省の横暴を許してはなりません。イギリスはルワンダに資金を提供し、不法移民を移送する準備を進めていましたが、移送対象者の人権が問題化、労働党政権となり計画を中止しました。同様の計画を検討していたデンマークもイギリスの頓挫により、白紙に戻しました。不法移民の出身国が引き取り（自国民の帰還）を受け入れず、欧州に留まることに自国民の不満が頂点に達し、ルワンダという途上国に強制移住させることができなくなったところで、日本です。日本はアフリカや中近東、南アジアの棄民や欧州の強制送還対象になるような人材を無償で引き取る処分地となるのでしょうか。
TICAD9のアフリカ移民で大騒ぎしていますが、真の脅威は中国です。ホームタウン計画も、IOMや外務省、JICAの他、中国も背後で関係しているのではないかとの疑念もあります。その中国からは既に大量の移民が日本に移住・永住・帰化しています。不法滞在を含めると相当数にのぼり、警察官・自衛官の数を遥かに凌ぎます。国防動員法・国家情報法は移住先で帰化した華僑やその子孫にも適用が及ぶとして欧米諸国では警戒、中国出身者には不動産購入や特定分野の研究職等の就業に制限をかけています。地政学的にみて、中国は日本にとって非常に危険です。東洋人なのでアフリカ黒人や中近東のアラブ人より文化的に近しいなどと甘い考えでは、ウイグル・チベットのようになります。手薄になった沖縄米軍、アフリカ・中近東の移民らによる内乱が勃発しているところに、中露が軍事侵攻という事態も考えられます。日本列島周辺はエネルギー資源やレアメタルの宝庫なので、ならず者国家が虎視眈々と侵略を狙っています。
まずは千葉県の有権者は、知る権利と言論を不当に規制しようとする知事のリコールを！
