Yup, I can't wait xD I wish I could go back to watching long-running shows but catching up on seasonals takes too much time, the season is over now but I still have a lot of shows I didn't even start...

I'm sure you'll enjoy Jojo's part 6, especially without Netflix's terrible schedule... I'll wait until P7 is completely over before watching it because this is getting more and more ridiculous, we only got one episode at the beginning of the year and now the next one is for this fall???

Lol I can imagine how frustrating it must be, especially when you don't know that there's a sequel next. I'll definitely read it though I love this kind of story, if it is similar, the manga Blame is still one of my fav. I just need to be up to date with One Piece, I'm not too far away now, I'm in the middle of the Wano arc, I can't believe I reached the 1000th chapter milestone :D

Well it's true that in some case the manga experience can even be "worse" because an amazing animation in anime format will always be superior to fights in the original manga version, I would say.

Okay I see, well anyway as far as there's a big adventure, I'm all in xD it's a bit sad we don't get much "pure adventure" stuff like that anymore since these adventure shows only get 1 to 2 cours so it's very limited in the end.

This is kinda like Steins;Gate where the 1st cour is kinda slow and not THAT interesting but then it still manages to become a masterpiece with the 2nd half of the show.

For Alita do you mean in a very bad way or was it frustrating? I need to read this one I think the 1st part isn't too long.

Fortunately yes xD I couldn't bear 50 episodes long filler arcs in Bleach anymore.

I mean even when the adaptation is almost like the manga, it's always good to read the original one when you highly enjoyed the story, it's like rewatching the anime but in a different way, and by that I mean reading it years later after watching the anime. (Kinda what I did with Death Note for example instead of rewatching the anime and then I loved the manga maybe even more)

Okay yeah, I don't mind the power of friendship as long as it's not too ridiculous and doesn't kill the tension during important events. Is Fairy Tail's worldbuilding great though? Because for One Piece I think it's the strongest element by far.

For Gintama I feel like the more you watch the more you enjoy it but well it's definitely the kind of anime that gets better and betters and starts pretty "okayish" until it achieves perfection in the late seasons lol.

Probably yeah because everyone knows MHA at this point, I feel like it was also the case with SnK hence why people were so angry no matter what ending it would get (and that happened with CSM as well recently).

Bleach movies are still okay, but it's just like it was in the good fillers lol. But yeah, better do a pause to enjoy hero stuff in the future as much as right now and not feel burned out. I agree the finale was epic, we got lucky that Bones did such a good adaptation/animation overall.

I wonder how it is in MHA manga though, do you plan to read it at some point?

That would be cool, unless I don't like Fairy Tail and don't keep up with it but I doubt it would be the case since I enjoyed Edens Zero anyway.
Yeah anyway for this kind of anime I always pick the real challenge and don't skip any filler hahaha, well managed to watch this lenght two times since Gintama was even longer than Bleach with all the episodes combined, as far as you're hooked in, the length doesn't matter, Gintama felt like a short anime to me I could even rewatch it at some point.

Well in Golden Kamuy they need to find some hidden gold treasure and the ones who escape prison have the map to find the treasure tattooed on their backs. Yeah, apparently the manga is better but the animation doesn't matter much in this kind of show tbh, and anyway it improved afterwards. Now it has less comedy elements but it's because it's tenser and it's the end of the story.

I'm surprised by MHA ratings indeed I thought it was much higher, especially S3, no idea why it isn't rated that high but if the exact same season came out nowadays it would be much higher, the last season is rated very high but it's because it's the finale.

Kinda sad I missed the MHA movies then eh, and now it's too late to watch them I guess :( I skipped them because I tried to watch the Bleach movies before and they weren't interesting so I stopped after movie 3 or something, I thought MHA would be the same. Anyway I hope that you'll enjoy S7 and when you finish MHA be sure to check the Vigilante spin-off it has two seasons right now and S2 had some interesting Eraser Head backstory so it could be considered as canon.

Well since you already saw the early seasons of Golden Kamuy you kinda know what to expect in terms of the story, the final part is following what as been established since the beginning but we're getting some serious development and the story overall is tenser and tenser, the only disappointing aspect of Golden Kamuy is the animation quality and the production issue but sadly there are some things that they couldn't control like when they had to completely stop the anime for months because the director died during the production.

Yes I would say MHA S2 and S3 are still the best ones from the franchise in my opinion, did you like S5? I was disappointed with it ngl this is the season I was talking about when I mentioned the class vs class training filler lol, though I really liked S6 S7 and S8 so I doesn't matter much in the end.

I actually didn't watch the MHA movies, I don't know if they were important or not, I don't think so? Anyway I didn't watch any anime for 2 weeks as I was in Japan during that time, now I came back and I'm trying to catch up on all the seasonals that I missed but there are just too many hahaha

Well it's just an suggestion between which is better if I'm going to be honest.

OG:
➕️ Good character development even in fillers
➖️ Too many side characters
➕️ Good Openings & Endings (even on Japanese than DiC English)
➕️ 90s animation is still more superior than CGI on transformation and attacks

Crystal:
➕️ Side characters (especially villains have better chemistry story) w/ skipping juicy story
➕️ Character Theme Songs With Fairy Tail vibe aura
➖️ CGI (especially transformation and attacks)
➕️ On Par Opening & Ending next to OG

So yeah whatever you choose both are great in their own way though you said before OG then go do that first on those 200 episodes I'm already rewatching second season on Episode 15 and I am almost finished with Crystal just need to finish second part if Cosmos film.


Now you said you are going to watch either Sailor Moon or Cardcaptor Sakura. Dude if you start on that one instead of Sailor Moon; Tell Me IMMEDIATELY!

Apart from being kinda anxious as I'm stuck at job that I don't wanna do for a long time, I've been fine, I guess. Got into playing online game from like 8 years go and quit it again as it became too P2W focused. I came back and stayed for the community there but the P2W players killed the game again for me. I also came back to watching some anime thanks to AWC club's monthlies to cool off after work. Also I focus more on my physical health than a year ago - made myself some working out plan while having hectic work and so far it works out finely for me.

Looking for some other job on the side, but nobody is really hiring... and if they do, they have low salary/work duties/responsibilities schedules. I love the indirect responses like: "Nice, you have a master degree that we want, but zero experience." Well, let me get that experience then, I'm not afraid to work but won't be going 200% for the bare minimum pay wage :D (sadly that's something they want from me nowadays.. sorry - minimum pay wage = minimum effort.. and they wonder why people are quitting after a few weeks if they are lucky and get other job offer :') ). It's saddening to see the only person that works there the longest not caring anymore and just doing the bare minimum as well to not get fired. Before she was going with their 200% easily and was earning just a little bit more than me who did the bare minimum. Sad times and desperate company, what can I say. I will end my rant here :P :D

Anything new on your side? Also I hope you get yourself job soon and that it will fun (or at least worth time/money wise).
