System Media Transport Controls on Windows does not report timestamps nor the album cover

Describe the bug
System Media Transport Controls on Windows (added in 1.22.2, see the changelog) does not report any timestamp or track duration information, nor the album cover image.

To Reproduce

1. Open Strawberry 1.2.22 on Windows (MSVC build)
2. Play a song that has a cover attached to it
3. Observe the Windows media controls: No cover is visible
4. Use msd.exe from the releases in ungive/media-session-dump to confirm that timestamps are all either not set or incorrect and that there is no cover image (see the attached screenshot)

Expected behavior
I expect that correct playback position, track duration, last timeline change and cover image is reported.
