Formula:
Pd3(Sb,Bi)2O4 (?)
Smith & Nickel (2007) report it to actually be a solid solution between Pd(Sb,Bi)O^2 and Pd^2(Sb,Bi)O
Co-described with UM2000-40-O:PdSb and UM2000-27-O:BiPd.
As rims, 10–30 µm wide, on Bi-bearing sudburyite . Associates include chalcopyrite. Presumably of a non-supergene origin. Nevertheless, suggested to form in expense of the sudburyite.
