Formula:
Pd5Bi40O55 to Pd29Bi31O40
a solid solution
Co-described with UM2000-40-O:PdSb and UM2000-28-O:BiPdSb.
As rims and, rarely, pseudomorphs, on froodite. Associates include chalcopyrite. Presumably of a non-supergene origin. Nevertheless, suggested to form in expense of the froodite.
Oxygen content: 6.55 to 12.47 wt.%. The variable species composition is plotted to give a trend from Bi2O3 to Pd.
