Co-described with another Rh sulfide, UM1994-24-S:Rh.
Electron microprobe results (from 7 spots), wt.%: Ir 4.78-44.68, Rh 0.39-29.78, Os 0.00-0.68, Ru 0.00-0.07, Pt 0.00-1.91, Pd 0.00, Fe 11.52-15.24, Cu 2.33-6.29, Ni 8.90-18.70, S 25.15-30.06, total 97.50-101.78; analysis with the highest Rh content corresponds to (Rh0.33Ir0.03)Σ0.36(Ni0.34Fe0.25Cu0.04)Σ0.63S.
Note: some analyses have Ir>Rh.
