Co-described with UM1992-09-E:CuFePt, UM1992-25-S:CuOsPdPtRh, UM1992-26-S:CuPdPt, UM1992-27-S:CuPdPtRh, UM1992-28-S:Pd, and UM1992-29-S:PdPt.

Found in a separate nugget, as prismatic crystals, 150 x 40 microns in size. Probably of a primary origin.

It is not clear how/if this phase differs from 'Unnamed (Ir Oxide I)'. Compare also 'Unnamed (Ir Oxide-Hydroxide)', 'UM1981-08-E:FeIrPtRhRu', UM1996-18-O:FeIrPtRh, UM1996-19-O:FeIrPtRh, and UM1996-20-O:FeIrPtRh.
