Co-described with 'Unnamed (Platinium Iridium Arsenide Sulfide)', 'Unnamed (IrAsSb)', and UM1991-18-Sb:BiIrOsPt.
Found among a heavy mineral fraction, together with chromite, ilmenite, cassiterite, 'wolframite', gold, arsenopyrite, molybdenite, cinnabar, and galena.
The phase occurs as plates, 0.5-4 microns across, in voids among osmiridium and irarsite, closely associated with the IrSbAs phase.
