Seems to be the Cl analogue of kettnerite. Unique combination of (dominant) elements.
Intergrown with other Bi minerals (see the chemical part); it is commonly intergrown with beyerite forming layeres || (001); individuals are likely less than 1 micron in size, while the above intergrowths: 1-5 microns and more. Other associates are bismuth, calcite, chlorite group, gold, hedleyite, in veins cutting dolomitic marbles. The temperature of formation of the Bi intergrowths is said to be above 220°C, and the intergrowths are suggested to result from an interaction of highly oxiditing mixed hydrothermal/vadose solutions.
