Chemically similar to anduoite and ruthenarsenite.
Co-described with UM1990-16-E:CuRhSn and phases corresponding, most likely, toiridian ferrian millerite, and zaccariniite.
Single grain, ca 15 microns in size, found in a chromitite. Partially altered or composed of microcrystalline intergrowths. It is of supposed secondary origin, syngenetic with serpentinization.
