Chemically similar to 'UM1983-13-S:CuPd'.
Co-described with 'UM1981-31-Te:Pd' and 'UM1989-20-S:AsPt'. The sulfides occur in chalcopyrite-rich segregations within microgabbro and norite. They form multimineral intergrowths, but also irregular grains (usually 5-10 microns in size), in chalcopyrite, palladian pentlandite, or silicates. Also palladian cobaltite is found in this environment.
