One of few currently known species probably containing some trivalent titanium.
Found as grains (up to 40 microns in size) within polymineral inclusions in corundum; coexists with native iron, an iron silicide, perovskite, and osbornite.
No information other than "Quaternary loam" (located nearby an "ultramafic breccia pipe") is reported, but the presence of Mn silicide within this breccia pipe suggests it might be in the vicinity of the Koshmansay River, Angren Region, Uzbekistan.
