One of many Pd-Te natural phases.
Found among heavy mineral concentrate from diamond drill core; occurs as complex polycrystalline grains, up to 60 x 100 microns in size, associated with braggite (altered), hollingworthite, laurite, moncheite, and a Pt-Cu alloy.
Synthesized phase has similar properties, but is not reported in the literature.
