Occurs as 13 x 6 micron size grain in close association with chalcopyrite and manganochromite of the Nairne pyrite deposit, South Australia.
Possibly the Pd analogue of geversite. Possibly of pyrite-type structure. One of many Pd-Sb phases known. Compare naldrettite, stibiopalladinite, ungavaite.
