Unique combination of elements.
Found in the area of a few m2 in albite fels within hydrothermal chalcopyrite-pyrite-pyrrhotite-carbonate ore at Bidjovagge, northern Norway. It is present as grains, 1-2 mm, surrounded by friable material. Octahedral outlines rarely observed, locally isotropic and homogenous. Associated with gadolinite, V-rutile (3.8% V2O5, 0.6% Cr2O3) ('vanadiorutile'), V,Cr-magnetite (16.98% V2O5, 15.06 Cr2O3) ('vanodiochrome spinel') and thortveitite.
