Occurs within cavities in weathered rock fragments that are debris from a sphalerite-chalcopyrite-galena skarn deposit.

Electron microprobe data (mean & range, wt.%): MnO 0.40 (0.34–0.46), PbO 83.75 (83.16–84.33), Al2O3 1.04 (0.95–1.11), SiO2 9.35 (8.65–9.86), SO3 1.83 (1.67–1.93), H2O (by difference) 3.63, total 100.
