About Iron Rose
Formula:
Fe2O3
A term used to describe rounded aggregates of tabular crystals. In these formations, the arrangement of the crystals is reminiscent of the petals in a rose blossom, hence the name. Usually the term "iron rose" refers to hematite, but at some localities they can be composed of pyrrhotite or magnetite.
