Originally reported from Silesia (Schlesien), Poland. Now probably: Kozmice (Kosemitz; Kosemutz), Szklary (Gläsendorf), Ząbkowice (Frankenstein), Ząbkowice District, Lower Silesia (Dolnośląskie), Poland.
