Comments:From a recent find. separate cristals are often usually very gemmy (oterhwise rather milky)and of great color, but very often with the tips included with thin needle-like material (parallel to axis c), of a darker blue color than the main body.
Large piece appear milky when viewed from side, but transparent viewed from above. Can be associated with cleavelandite, muscovite and pink apatite.
Habit:Lots of clusters, mostly flat terminations
Colour:blue, milky to very deep
Quality for species:Good crystals or rich for species - important (!)
