Comments:"This rare mineral occurs as snow-white glistening masses filling veinlets less than 1 mm thick in black slate. Magnified, using the scanning electron microscope, the veinlets are composed of layers of platy crystals. Small quartz and pyrite crystals occur with the sasaite, and veins of pale blue variscite may cut it."
