Comments:The hydroxylclinohumite is restricted to rocks that show relatively little retrograde alteration. It occurs in rocks mainly consisting of stubby pyroxene crystals cut by veinlets of green serpentine, and lesser amounts of anthophyllite, actinolite, chlorite, phlogopite, magnetite and antigorite.

Titanian hydroxylclinohumite occurs as scattered, irregular to rounded grains and grain clusters up to 5 cm across.
