At this outcrop prehnite shows a variety of habits including prismatic, steep pyramidal, tabular and rounded masses with ridged surfaces and radiating structure. The most common habits are six-sided tabular, flattened parallel to the basal plane and botryoidal aggregates with ridges formed by the edges of tabular crystals. The prehnite is usually pale green to white to almost colourless.
