Comments:It is a high probabality that the metamict mineral that has been described from the pegmatites of Evje-Iveland area as thalenite-(Y), in fact is keiviite-(Y)
(ref: Neumann 1985, p 157 + pers. commentary Gunnar Raade 1988).

Nilssen (1971) shows that the pattern of the heated metamict "thalenites" from Högetveit corresponds to beta-Y2Si2O7
