Comments:In the eclogites, amphiboles occur as amphibole–biotite coronas on garnet, as a matrix of amphibole–plagioclase symplectites and as a replacement of omphacite. Pargasite has been identified as one of these amphiboles.

Pargasite forms a series towards sadanagaite and ferri/sadanagaite at the locality.
