Sting is a Grammy-winning singer and former member of the band the Police. He has also dabbled in acting, including his role as Feyd Rautha in 1984's "Dune."

Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner was born on October 2, 1951 in Wallsend, Northumberland, England, United Kingdom, son of Ernest Matthew Sumner (1926–~1987) and Audrey Cowell (1931–1987).
