KRIBHCO 2026 Recruitment Salary Structure & Benefits
During One-Year Training Period (G2 Grade):
- Stipend: Around ₹15.53 Lakhs CTC
After Successful Completion of Training (Absorption as Senior Engineer):
- Pay Scale: ₹55,000 – 1,30,000 (initial Basic Pay ₹56,650/- p.m.)
- CTC: Around ₹17.12 Lakhs per annum
- Usual allowances and benefits as per KRIBHCO rules
Bond: Candidates must execute a bond to serve KRIBHCO for 3 years after training (Bond amount: ₹2 Lakh for General/OBC, ₹50,000 for SC/ST).
