Everybody hates AI mandates -- unsurprisingly, since most of them are terrible and poorly resourced. But they don't have to be terrible. A mandate plus enablement is the most honest and effective way to fund a lot of change on a tight timeline. charitydotwtf.substack.com/p/in-defense-o…
