福岡のハンバーガー店 | a burger joint in Fukuoka

昨日、薬院六つ角にある「THE BASKET Burger & Sakaba」という小さなハンバーガー店に偶然立ち寄りました。カウンター席が10席ほどしかないお店でしたが、運良くすぐに入店して席を確保できました。

夫は、薄切り和牛ステーキとよだれを垂らすとろけるチーズが入った「PHILLY'S CHEESESTEAK SANDWICH」を注文しました。私は、アンガスビーフのパティとたっぷりのアボカドが挟まれた「アボカドチーズバーガー」を選びました。期待を裏切らない美味しさでした。私のバーガーの牛肉は完璧な焼き加減で、粗挽きのパティは風味豊か。サクサクのフライドポテト、新鮮なコールスロー、そして爽やかなレモネードと合わせれば、最高の食事になった。

次回は、ストロベリーソースがかかったバーガーなど、もっと冒険的なメニューに挑戦してみたいです😜

Yesterday, we stumbled upon a small burger joint at the six-corner intersection in Yakuin called THE BASKET Burger & Sakaba. With only about 10 counter seats, we were lucky to walk right in and snag spots.

Hubby ordered the 'PHILLY'S CHEESESTEAK SANDWICH,' featuring thinly sliced Wagyu steak and mouth-watering melted cheese. I decided on the 'AVOCADO CHEESE BURGER,' made with an Angus beef patty and generous slices of avocado. We certainly weren't disappointed. The beef in my burger was grilled to perfection. The coarse-ground patty was super flavorful. Paired with crispy fries, fresh coleslaw, and a refreshing lemonade, it made for a fantastic meal.

Next time, I might brave their more adventurous menu options, like the burger topped with strawberry sauce 😜
