What happens when you take care of your emotions?
Hello, I’m Yoko, an emotional & holistic healer. 😊
I live in Australia, and I offer online emotional healing sessions to native English speakers here, as well as Japanese people living in Australia and in Japan.
For those of you who are new here, I’d love to share a little about what “Emotional Healing” means to me.
🌿 What is emotional healing?
Emotional healing is the process of healing both mind and body by listening to the voice of the soul through emotions.
For me, healing is not about “fixing” or “curing” anything.
It’s about returning to your true self.
By “true self,” I mean the version of you that exists beyond personality, conditioning, and experience — your soul essence.
And the love you feel when you reconnect with that self is, to me, the deepest form of healing.
That’s why, in my individual sessions, we always begin with what I call “emotional care.”
When you start taking care of your emotions in this way, many people begin to notice shifts — sometimes even from the very first session — both internally and in their outer reality.
Let me share one example (shared with permission).
🌿 The story of Ms. T
Ms. T is a woman currently enrolled in my Emotion to Soul Program.
This is a 3-month program where I teach people how to care for their own emotions and reconnect with themselves.
Between sessions, clients work with guided videos to practice emotional self-care, and we meet once every two weeks (5 sessions in total) to gently work through their current challenges together.
It’s a skill you can carry with you for life.
When Ms. T and I first met two months ago, she often said things like:
“I feel like I shouldn’t even be here… I’m sorry for taking up space.”
She was constantly adjusting herself to others, and over time, she had lost touch with what she actually felt inside.
She even told me:
“I don’t really know what I’m feeling anymore.”
But during our third session, something had already begun to shift.
She said:
“I feel so much more emotionally at ease lately. I can actually feel myself again, very honestly. I can’t even remember why I was so scared back then, when I was having panic attacks.”
She described it like this:
“It felt like I was walking through a completely dark tunnel with no light at all. But now it feels like I’m standing in warm sunlight… I can notice the beauty of trees and flowers, and even feel the softness of the wind. I feel stronger somehow, and it makes me really happy.”
🌿 When emotional space opens up
Since starting emotional care, Ms. T’s life has shifted quickly.
She changed jobs, moved house, and her relationship with her partner has transformed completely.
The same person who once said “I’m sorry” so often now has a warm, stable, and loving relationship — to the point where I sometimes find myself asking her, “How do you stay so open and kind with him?”
The woman who once felt fragile from constantly trying to please others has begun to reconnect with her original strength.
She is now both strong and gentle, and truly radiant in her own way.
And even more surprisingly, after previously saying she was struggling financially, she received a job offer that fits her abilities perfectly — with incredibly good conditions.
I was honestly amazed myself.
After our session, she sent me this message:
“Thank you so much for today. Every time I speak with you, I discover emotions I didn’t even know I had, and I become more aware of even the small feelings around them. It really warms my heart, and I feel so happy.”
“When you invited me to the Emotion to Soul Program, you said, ‘Let’s become happy together.’ At that time, I thought, ‘I want to be happy… but can I really change that quickly?’”
“But now, I can feel happiness even in the smallest moments. I’m truly grateful from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much.”
I am deeply grateful to receive such heartfelt words.
And honestly, I feel the same gratitude back to her — witnessing these transformations is one of the greatest joys of my work.
🌿 A message to you
Even if you feel like you are walking through a dark tunnel right now…
There will come a time when you begin to find light again — in your own way, at your own pace.
If emotional self-care speaks to you, I would be happy to support you.
Helping you reconnect with the light within your emotions is truly my joy.
May this reach someone who needs hope today 🌿✨

I live in Brisbane with my Australian husband, daughter, and son. I have lived in Australia for over 20 years. I have provided over 1,000 healing sessions and have helped train more than 100 therapists.
Before I learned emotional care, I had very low confidence.
My relationships were difficult, and I often felt deeply sad.
Over time, I became depressed and felt like I wanted to disappear.
When I started to focus on my emotions, my life slowly changed.I connected with myself beyond the pain and remembered who I truly am — a being of love. As I healed, everything in my life shifted: my marriage, family relationships, work, money, and sense of self.
