Shakushuka is originated in North Africa, espicially in Tunisia and Morocco it’s a traditinal meal. Today, it’s also popular in the Middle East.
Shakushuka is made with tomates, onions, bell peppers, and some spices, then add eggs.
もはや国を越えた郷土料理というところか。
結局全部スパイスの味じゃ〜ん！ってなるのは日本人だからかな。味噌の味やブレンドに違いがあるように、スパイスの配合も全部ちょっとずつ違うんだろうねぇ。
