MiniMax H3で「静止画から飛び出すハロウィン動画」を作ってみた｜PolloAI様協賛ハロウィン企画9/5より募集中👻残り23枠✨

AI動画モデルって、本当に増えましたよね。

Seedance 2.0、Seedance 2.5、MiniMax H3……。

特徴を見れば違いは分かるのですが、実際に使おうとすると、

「で、今回はどれを使えばいいの？」

となることが増えてきました。

私自身、AIでイラストや動画を創作しているので、モデルごとの違いは気になるのですが、性能表だけを見てもなかなかイメージしづらい😢

そこで今回は、まずそれぞれのモデルを擬人化して、「どんなときに、どのモデルを使うとよさそうか」を整理してみることにしました。

まずはモデルを擬人化して比較してみる

今回は、

• Seedance 2.0

• Seedance 2.5

• MiniMax H3

の3モデルを並べて考えてみました。

Seedance 2.0は、短く強く見せたいときの俊敏なエース。

Seedance 2.5は、流れや構成まで考えてくれるディレクター。

そしてMiniMax H3は、映像だけではなく、音や空気感まで含めて作品としてまとめる演出家。

そんなイメージです。

モデルって、単純に「どれが一番すごい」というより、
作りたい作品によって向いているものが違うんだな
と、改めて感じました。

その中で、今回気になったのがMiniMax H3

比較してみた中で、今回特に触ってみたかったのがMiniMax H3でした。

理由は、私が普段作っているものが、

• 世界観のあるイラスト

• ストーリー性のある動画

• 音楽と映像を組み合わせた作品

• 短いけれど印象に残る映像

というものが多いからです。

ただ「絵を動かす」だけではなくて、
短い時間の中でも、ちゃんと作品として見せたい。

そこが今回のテーマになりました。

せっかくなら、ハロウィンで試してみよう

ちょうどハロウィンらしい世界観とも相性がよさそうだったので、

「静止画の中にいるキャラクターが、絵の外へ抜け出してイタズラする」

という映像を作ることにしました。

最初に考えていたのは、ふわふわしたおばけ。

でも途中で、

「もっと静止画から飛び出す瞬間に迫力があった方が面白いかも」

と思い、主役を変更しました。

最初は15秒で「勢い重視」にしてみた

MiniMax H3は15秒なので、最初はかなりテンポよく構成しました。

• 静止画の中でキャラが止まっている

• 目が動く

• 額縁から飛び出す

• 壁にラクガキ

• キャンディーをぶちまける

• 最後にカメラ前でいたずら顔

ただ、絵コンテを作っているうちに、

「飛び出すまでをもう少し丁寧に見せたい」

と思うようになりました。

こんな感じで進めていきます！

「キョロキョロ」と「よっこらせ」を追加

ただ勢いよく飛び出すのではなく、

目だけ動く
↓
左右をキョロキョロ
↓
手を出す
↓
顔を出す
↓
ギターを出す
↓
最後に体を抜く

という流れに変更しました。

この間を入れることで、ただ動くだけではなく、
キャラクターが考えて行動している感じが出てきます。

いたずらは2つに絞る

15秒なので、いたずらは欲張らず、

壁にラクガキ
キャンディーをぶちまける

この2つだけにしました。

ラクガキは文字ではなく、カボチャやコウモリ、稲妻などのシンプルな記号中心。

キャンディーは逆に、画面いっぱいに派手に飛び散らせます。

実際に生成

素材として画像をキャラ画像とストーリーボードを添付します✨

ココで動画で使用する素材をしっかり選択します。

後は生成を待つのみ✨

実際に生成してみると…

初回生成では、

• 静止画から実体化する流れ

• ラクガキ

• キャンディー

• 最後のカメラ前への接近

はかなり分かりやすく表現されました。

一方で、

「キョロキョロ感をもっと出したい」
「よっこらせ感を強めたい」

という改善点も見えてきました。

そこで次は、動きの派手さよりも
芝居重視版に調整。

プロンプトは英語で作成

今回は、動作の順番やカメラワークを細かく指定したかったので、英語でプロンプトを作成しました。

特に、

「手 → 顔 → ギター → 本体」

という順番は、かなり明確に指示しています。

10.5–12.5 seconds:
The monster immediately knocks over a Halloween candy container. Colorful candies burst out and scatter across the ground and into the air. Some candy flies toward the camera. The monster enjoys the chaos.

12.5–15 seconds:

Visual style:

During the eye movement, add small reaction sounds and a faint guitar string pluck.
During the breakout, add frame creaking, cloth friction, light impact sounds, and a comedic but cinematic “heave-ho” feeling.
During the graffiti scene, add scratching or spray-like sound effects.
During the candy spill, add bouncing and scattering candy sounds.
Build into playful Halloween rock music with light drums, electric guitar accents, spooky bells, and mischievous xylophone-like tones.
End with one strong guitar hit and a short playful Halloween sting.

という流れにしました。

映像だけではなく、
静かな世界が少しずつ騒がしくなっていく感じを意識しています。

今回感じたこと

AI動画は、

「何を動かすか」だけではなく、「いつ動かさないか」も大事。

静止、視線、間、そして飛び出す。

緩急をつけたいが希望でした✨

MiniMax H3は、ただ静止画を動かすだけではなく、
15秒の中で演出するのが面白いモデルだなと感じています。
