【今日のエッセイ】

ひとりで抱えていたものが、だれかに話した途端、軽くなることがあります。

人と人のあいだには、目に見えない糸が張られている。

笑い声の輪の中にいると、自分もいつのまにか元気になります。

つながりは、力むほど遠く、ゆるむほど近づくものです。

今日は、そばにいる誰かと、たわいない話をしてみてください。

人の輪に
そっと混ざれば
いつのまに
一人の重さ
消えてゆく秋

Something you carried alone can grow lighter the moment you tell someone.

Between one person and another, invisible threads are always drawn.

Standing inside a circle of laughter, you find yourself cheered without noticing.

Connection grows distant when you strain for it, and closer when you let go.

Today, share some idle talk with whoever happens to be near.

into the circle of others,
before you know it
the weight of being alone
melts away — this autumn.
