エトセトラジャパンさんにて、ズルボンとんぼ論文の不正をとりあげたエリザベス・ビク博士の話題が出ました：

つい最近、会員限定記事ですが日経新聞がビク博士を紹介したとのことで、こちらがそのページです：

昨年２月、そのビク博士が「日本の王子」トンボ論文の写真不正疑惑を投げかけた、こちらがX版：

コレではあまりに身もふたもない！こんなにレベルが低い不正を暴くなど、恥ずかしすぎて私にはできない！！　と思われたのでしょうか(◎_◎;)

さて、エトセトラジャパンさんは昨年６月にギリシャで開催された研究公正世界会議におけるビク博士の「怒り」についてもとりあげられました。

これを読んで、私は

ビク博士が憤ったのは単に研究公正世界会議だけでなく、ズルボンの不正疑惑を投じたとたんに研究者仲間たちが勧めてきた保身＝危ない目に遭いたくなきゃ黙っとれ（ビクさんの身を心配するゆえに）な風潮、それらへの怒りと不信がより合わさったものだと感じたのです。

私自身は昨年４月、開催前の研究公正世界会議へトンボ論文不正解説メールを送っていて、ノートで公開しています：

のですが、このノートでは、エトセトラ・ジャパンさんのサイトで私が強く同感した、論文そのものの不正疑惑(2024年４月上旬時点）を英語で簡単に紹介した部分だけを公開いたします。＜

☝と書きました「様々な話題」とは何か。
この後６月に送った世界会議への第二弾メールにも再掲したので簡単に触れておきますと、以下のとおりです。

まず、ネイチャー誌へ送ったメールを転送する形で：

・国際昆虫学会議の三役あてにトンボ論文不正疑惑について問い合わせたが、返事がない。
そのレアル議長は、トンボ論文の著者同様に筑波大学や農研機構と深い関係がある。
この夏に京都で開催される昆虫学会議にヒサヒトは招待され、東大裏口入学用の材料をもらうだろう。

（☝注記。東大裏口入学は田んぼ専門家の庭園課長の急死で困難となっていましたが、この頃にはまだあきらめていなかった。その後、署名運動など国民の大反対により筑波大への無試験ズル合格＆手足となる助教募集へドタバタ変更、からの、まだ通学方法や警護体制が決まらなくて１円もおろそかにできない公的予算をいったい何だと思ってんの？？？な現在に至ります）

・ヒサヒトは筑波大学の附属高校にジャストタイミングで作られた期間限定制度(注。コメント欄にて指摘をいただいたとおり、中学入学に間に合うタイミングでした。5年間限定で、高校入学の場合もカバーする制度だった)を使い、試験無しで入学した。この制度ができる前年、筑波大学への寄付金ジャンプが始まった。
筑波大学長はルール破りの任期延長をし、大学を独裁化している。また、国立大学協会の会長の座にも長期についている。

・ヒサヒトの私的なトンボ論文共著者兼「家庭教師」の飯島健が、農研機構から引き抜かれ秋篠宮家の職員(公務員）として税金を不当に費やしている。

・トンボ論文を査読・発表した国立科学博物館の顧問であり前館長の林良博は、秋篠宮が立ち上げヒサヒトが所属する生き物文化誌学会の顧問。また、秋篠宮が総裁をつとめる山階鳥類研究所(国や市から補助金が出ている）の前所長であり事務局長。つまり秋篠宮は公立機関を私物化している。

・京都といえば、秋篠宮の山階鳥類研究所ぐるみで小さな民間会社に全資産を抵当に入れさせ借金させ、建設費を出させたが実際に工事は行われず、消えた１億円を誰が手にしたのか謎のままとなっている。（京都嵐山通船事件）

I sent the questions about the fabrication photos of a paper by email to the three office bearers of International Congress of Entomology Council (CICE), but they still don't reply to me.

Now, some interesting things about the CICE's chairman Dr. Walter S. Leal are:＞Ph. D. in applied biochemistry from Tsukuba University, Japan. He received postgraduate training in entomology and chemical ecology at the National Institute of Sericultural and Entomological Science, Japan ＜https://www.icecouncil.org/office-bearers

Tsukuba Univ and the National Institute of Sericultural and Entomological Science (merged into the National Agriculture and Food Research Organization in 2016) both have deep ties to the authors of fraudulent paper.

First, about Tsukuba University.
The first author Hisahito Akishinonomiya is a student at National Tsukuba University High School that is one of the hardest high school to get into in Japan. Using the limited-time rule created by the Tsukuba Univ to suit his timing, he entered this high school without taking any exams.

Donations to Tsukuba Univ used to be tens of millions of yen each year, but the year before the rule started, the donations suddenly increased by 300 million yen. Since then, the amount has increased by 200 million yen and 400 million yen every year.

The president of The Japan Association of National Universities (JANU). In 2014, the president of Tsukuba Univ (Dr. Kyosuke Nagata) suddenly appeared as the vice president of JANU.
Since then, he has remained unwavering in his role as the vice president, and was promoted to the president in 2019, where he remains today.

Term extension of the president of Tsukuba Univ and turning it into a dictatorship.
The maximum term for a president was 6 years for two terms, but the current president Dr. Nagata's term is 14 years, from April 2013 to March 2027. According to Asahi Newspaper, this six-year rule was abolished 2 presidential elections ago (October 2020). Until then, there had been a poll of university employees' opinions, but this has also been abolished. Decisions are now being made behind closed doors.

Next, about National Aguriculture and Food Research Organization.
The paper's second author Ken Iijima was a researcher there.
He had a close friendship with Prince Akishino (Hisahito's father), and was eventually hired as a full-time employee of the Imperial Household Agency. From the time Hisahito was young, he has been giving advice to Hisahito about his interests as a researcher, and has been his “tutor'' .
The employee of the Imperial Household Agency is a public servant paid by tax.
Akishino family already gets lots of tax money for their personal life. Why must we Japanese people pay extra tax for such a personal tutor?

There are other examples of national institutions and public servants being kept/used as Akishino's personal property.
The director of the National Museum of Nature and Science, Tokyo that reviewed and published the paper, was Yoshihiro Hayashi (2013-2021), who is currently their advisor.
Hayashi also has been the auditor of the Society for the History of Creatures since 2004 which was founded by Hisahito's father, Prince Akishino.
The first author of the paper Hisahito belongs to this society.

Hayashi was also the director (2010-2017) of the Yamashina Institute for Ornithology (which receives subsidies from the national and city governments), of which Prince Akishino is the president, and Hayashi is currently the executive director.

Now, You may be also interested in that International Congress of Entomology Council (Their chairman is Dr. Leal who relates to Tukuba Univ and National Aguriculture and Food Research Organization) plans something in Kyoto, Japan this summer:

People think Hisahito will be invited to the Congress because of the paper and get some award to use entering Tokyo University. All rails are built for him to go to the backdoor of Tokyo Univ without examinations.

Oh, in “the” Kyoto, there was an incident in which Prince Akishino, the father of Hisahito, attempted to bankrupt a small private company by incurring large debts (using all of the company's assets as collateral) for construction costs without their knowledge.
The private company managed to repay the loan by reducing employees' salaries, but no such huge amount of construction was actually done, so, it remains unclear who received the disappeared 100 million yen.
Takuji Okuno (former Director Geneal and current director of the Yamashina Institute for Ornithology) is facing criminal charges for carrying out this construction work using the former president of the private company (he was sued by the company and lost).
Emails deleted by the former president but restored on the company's computer clearly state that both Yamashina Institute for Ornithology's Chairman Mibu and its president, Prince Akishino, were consulted about this plan:　https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3bB0i2bQwY

The Youtuber filed a criminal complaint against Okuno for special breach of trust.

Ok, let me return the topic to the National Agriculture and Food Research Organization.
It seems Hisahito's plan for Tokyo Univ Backdoor now is “rice research”.
Last year his birthday video lwas taken at National Agriculture and Food Research Organization.

Hisahito's co author and his tutor Ken Iijima was a researcher of rice genes at National Agriculture and Food Research Organization, even the specialist of “Development of new rice for rice flour with excellent millability and processing characteristics”.
Nisshin Seifun is jointly developing a new rice flour with them.

以上が、昨年(2024年）４月、私が研究公正世界会議へ送ったメール第一弾、そして第二弾でも繰り返した「他の様々な話題」。

その翌月の５月、ギリシャ旅行でカコさが超絶無礼なハンドサインをしたのに誰も忠告して差し上げず、主席随員（ギリシャの元特命全権大使）はカコどころじゃなく別の工作で忙しかったのかも・・

からの直後、６月にギリシャで研究公正世界会議が開かれました。

でもって、その世界会議でエリザベス・ビク博士が怒っておられる様子に、ラブのママさんたちが世界会議宛てにメールされた：

ブログは2024年6月8日。

世界会議からの返信は、ビク博士を不当に扱ってはいない・日本当局からの根回しもない、という優等生な文章で、ラブのママさんブログより日本語訳を引用すると次の通り。これは、その後私が世界会議へ６月末に送った第二弾メールへの返信では太字部分が追加されているだけという、まったく同じ文章でした：

＞メッセージありがとうございます。エリザベス・ビックが第8回WCRIで発表する機会を与えられなかったと考える理由がわかりません。実際、彼女は日曜日に、画像操作の検出に関する終日の会議前のワークショップと、月曜日の夜の製紙工場（わたくし注。これは「論文製造工場」だと思います）に関する会議で発表しました。

さらに、彼女は口頭発表のためにアブストラクトを提出することもでき、そうすれば私たちはそれを受け入れることができたでしょう。基調講演者として彼女を招かなかったのは、前回の会議でプレナリースピーカーを務めた人物を招待しないという方針があったからです。エリザベスは会議中にXでそのことについて少し文句を言いましたが、もちろん彼女にはその権利があります。

また、WCRIは会議を開催しており、国際的なオンブズ団体ではないため、特定のケースに関する質問には回答しないという方針があることをご理解いただけると思います。これが、私があなたからの長い一連の電子メールメッセージの残りに反応しない理由です。しかし、あなたがおっしゃった研究不正疑惑について、日本当局から打診を受けたわけではないと断言できます。

また、この一文以外まったく同じ文章なのは、ラブのママさんへ返信した人と、私へ返信した人が同一人物だからだと思われます。

＞恐らく、皮肉ではなく、『おやっ？！』という度合いは、・・さんにとっては結構大きかったのでは？と思います。＜

( •̅_•̅ )ハイ、この人、ビク博士が世界会議で裁いてくれると多くの日本人が期待していたヒサ王子の研究不正、目的である裏口入学、さらにはその背景である皇統乗っ取りという壮大な闇に、めっちゃ驚いてますよ。

そして、この驚きはやがて、興味に変わる・・

ラブのママさんがメールしたのが６月初旬。
その後しばらく置いて６月末にわたくしが、トンボ論文の捏造写真や税金を使ったズルコネ不正、国民への犯罪行為について少しだけ詳しく教えてさしあげたので、興味が満たされきっと喜んでいただけたことと思います。(⌒∇⌒)(⌒∇⌒)
