Bugfix release

Added an AppImage which makes it easy for Linux users to run this application without the need to install any dependencies or to compile it yourself. To use the AppImage just download the binary, make it executable and run it.

• Use INI file format for config file on Windows. Have a look in the Qt documentation to learn where the default location is.
• Fix integer overflow for systems not using a 64bit value for datatype long
• Add missing SQLite drivers to Windows Installer
• Fix default path for data and cache location not created
