首先,如果只是临时下载一个包
那么可以运行-CMD-输入使用

pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple　要下的包名

如果是永久修改镜像源

pip install pip -U
pip config set global.index-url https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

如果网络不好则使用这个

pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple pip -U
