今晚想学习一下oracle，开库：

        SQL> startup
        ORA-10997: another startup/shutdown operation of this instance inprogress
        ORA-09967: unable to create or open lock file

Linux Error: 13: Permission denied

百度、谷歌了好久，网上的方法试了很多，都打水漂了，就差重新dbca。

然、天无绝人之路，终于在OTN上看到了一种方法：

root@think-V30SA:~# chown -R oracle:dba /u01/app/oracle/

oracle@think-V30SA:~$ sqlplus /nolog

SQL*Plus: Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production on Wed Oct 17 19:28:51 2012

SQL> conn / as sysdba

SQL> startup
